Microdosing involves taking tiny, sub-perceptual doses of psychedelic substances like
psilocybin or LSD. The doses are around 1/10th of a regular dose and are taken every
few days, allowing the participant to experience subtle cognitive and mood-enhancing
effects without the intense hallucinations associated with larger doses.
Microdosing psilocybin leads to various benefits, including:

On the Zoom we support you and each week give you new tools to help you notice and
understand as different feelings and thoughts arise. We help you to reflect on and
understand why you joined a Wonderwall Journey and what your goals and intentions are. Many people report improved mood, creativity, and energy flow, and these improvements can become cumulative over the four weeks or longer.
